Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Falah account and all associated data at any time.
In short: You can permanently delete your Falah account and all associated data at any time — directly inside the app, or by emailing us. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Falah and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and subscription record are erased from our servers straight away, and all app data on your device is cleared.
Delete by email
If you can't access the app, email support@mykoala.com.au from the address linked to your account (or include your sign-in email) and ask us to delete your account. We action requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your authentication identity, your subscription mirror record, and any associated server-side data tied to your account. Your locally-stored preferences (prayer settings, streaks) are wiped from the device on deletion.
What this does not affect
An active subscription is billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription — cancel that separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges. See our support page for cancellation steps.
