App basics
Prayer times look different from my local mosque
Check the location, calculation method, madhhab setting, daylight-saving setting, and any manual offsets available in Falah. Local mosques may use a timetable or convention that differs from a calculated result.
Qibla direction seems incorrect
Allow location access, move away from magnetic cases or electronics, and calibrate your device compass using Apple's device guidance. Device sensors and nearby magnetic interference can affect the result.
Notifications are missing
Confirm that Falah has notification permission in iOS Settings, that the relevant prayer alerts are enabled in Falah, and that Focus modes or scheduled summaries are not delaying them. Restart the app after changing system permissions.
A widget is not updating
Open Falah once to refresh its data, confirm location and background permissions, then remove and add the widget again if needed. iOS controls the final widget refresh schedule.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
The store screen and receipt are the source for the current product, price, billing period, renewal date, currency, and included access.
Manage or cancel an Apple subscription
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Falah and follow the available management or cancellation options.
Deleting Falah or deleting your Falah account does not cancel a store-managed subscription. Complete cancellation through the store account used for purchase.
Restore a purchase
Use the restore-purchases option in Falah while signed into the same Apple account used for the original transaction. Some non-consumable products or entitlements can be restored; store rules determine eligibility.
Request a refund
Apple controls refunds for purchases it processes. Use Apple's Report a Problem service and follow its instructions. We can help identify a purchase, but we cannot guarantee or approve Apple's refund decision.
Accounts, privacy, and deletion

Frequently asked questions
Is Falah available on Android?
Not publicly at this time. Android is coming soon. This website does not show a Google Play badge or link until a verified public listing is available.
Does Falah show ads or sell personal information?
No. Falah does not operate an advertising business or sell personal information. It still processes limited information needed for accounts, features, purchases, security, diagnostics, and support, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Where can I see current prices and offers?
The App Store purchase screen is the current source for product availability, price, billing period, renewal terms, currency, taxes, and any introductory promotion.
Can support change an Apple subscription for me?
No. Apple controls Apple ID subscriptions and billing. Use iOS Settings to manage the subscription, and contact Apple for a store-controlled refund.
What should I include in a bug report?
Send your device model, iOS version, Falah app version, the screen or feature involved, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot is helpful if it does not expose private information.
